HRS Pro Support
Conduent Finance & Revenue Solutions is committed to providing complete, ongoing support for our HRS Pro software.
If you are using the Standard (free) edition, there is no support provided. In order for us to provide support
you will need to provide a credit card upon assistance. The charge for support is $60 per issue.
For both Enterprise (paid) edition and Standard, if the issue is environmental such as installations, we will
not be able to provide assistance in resolving those types of issues. We have provided a User Guide and detailed
FAQs that will most likely resolve your issue. Please review these prior to contacting support.
Before contacting Support, please:
- STATE: Questions regarding unclaimed property or details on submitting to the state.
- SUPPORT: Issues with the HRS Pro software operation.

When contacting the State or Support, please be prepared to provide:
1) Your name, company name, telephone number and email address.
2) The BUILD NUMBER of the HRS Pro software you are using. (in Menu Item of Help, About)
3) The state or states to which you are reporting unclaimed property.
4) A detailed description of your problem.
Enterprise Paid Version is limited to 2 issues; please call Finance & Revenue Solutions at 617-371-9900 press â€˜1â€™ for HRS Pro and then press â€˜2â€™ for support.
Standard Version the Free version of HRS pro does not include support by phone or email. Please review our Help or FAQ found on the website. If you require additional support you will be asked to provide a credit card which will be charged $60 per issue before providing support.
