HRS Pro Software for Holders to Report Unclaimed Property

other damage which may occur as a result of using the Holder Reporting

You should be aware that HRS Pro is designed to be an aid to creating electronic unclaimed property reports:
use of HRS Pro does not guarantee a fully compliant report. You are responsible for reading the "Instructions to Reporters" that is supplied by the states to which you report.
HRS Pro does include submission requirements for our client states
but you should always check with the state to see that you have their
latest requirements for submitting reports to them.
Unclaimed Property Departments that are supported directly by ACS Wagers are:

All of these states will accept NAUPA II electronic files generated by HRS Pro
Note: Florida and Washington do not accept the encryption. States not on this list do not accept encryption.
Many other states will also accept NAUPA II files, or if not, may
accept a HRS Pro generated "Property Listing (detailed)" report. You
should contact the state unclaimed property offices to verify
acceptance of HRS Pro generated NAUPA II formatted files BEFORE
submitting them to any state other than those listed above.
